It’s not spring until the topiaries come out at Walt Disney World. Each year, EPCOT rolls in the fantastical topiaries made of flowers and moss. The International Flower and Garden Festival is a fan favorite. Flower fanciers and plant lovers drool and daydream as they wander through the eye-popping displays.  This festival is more than a flower show; there’s a festival menu full of fresh flavors. There are even some great musical acts lined up for 2026. Here is the best Guide to the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival.

A Topiary for Every Movie

Each character is a piece of plant art, and I take a few minutes to discover the details in each. I’m amazed at how the gardeners use plants and plant products to create characters with minute detail. With over 70 topiary displays featuring Disney characters from every generation, I love meandering through EPCOT and discovering the displays.

If you think it’s the same topiaries every year, not so. Each year, I find my favorite topiaries in a different spot. Even the blooms radiate different colors. As a plant lover, I study how the Walt Disney Gardeners group the plants in eye-popping arrangements. I seriously covet the container groupings since they’re everything I want on my patio.

Topiary Hide and Seek

In 2025, visitors saw the Moana-themed topiary display. Here is just a sampling of the topiaries on display. In 2026, there will be 60= topiaries on view.

Sample from the Outdoor Kitchens

One of my favorite parts of the International Flower and Garden Festival is the food. Just for the festival, the EPCOT Chefs roll out farm-to-table offerings while mixologists concoct delicate spring-inspired cocktails.

At the outdoor kitchens sprinkled across EPCOT, visitors find farm-to-table items and fresh alternatives. The small plates entice sampling in every country. Finally, the signature cocktails are hard to pass up, especially the champagne cocktails.

Mix food and song with a Garden Rocks Dining Package. So reserve a dining package for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Then enjoy three reserved seats at the concert. Additional admission.

Find Spring-Centric menus at each of the Outdoor Kitchens, just for the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival.

In past years, there has been an Outdoor Kitchen at most pavilions.
