Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo
The biggest in a big state, and the largest in the world, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo attracts 2.5 million visitors annually to the NRG Park. It’s one of the top events in Houston, and it started in 1932.
Houston’s Livestock Show and Rodeo is more than bull-riding. It’s a month-long celebration of Western Heritage. From the trailride rolling into town to Rodeo Run to Go Texan Day, the rodeo events happen across Houston.
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is family-friendly. From everyone’s favorite, the Birthing Center, with the babies born during the show, to the carnival, kids of all ages will be entertained. There’s also a petting zoo and pony rides.
